Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled, the Client is expected to pay for it prior to the visit. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one appointment, the Client must do so at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it. There is flexibility for emergencies. Refunds are not given for classes.
